Having started in the financial industry in 2010 as a fresh graduate and having accumulated over a decade of experience in managing teams, I have grown from an entry-level financial consultant into a leader and mentor who has groomed numerous MDRTs, COTs, and TOTs. With my entrepreneurial family background, I was taught to be resourceful and to become a strong negotiator. As the Branch Director of Aspire Alliance – Winny Kang, these skills—along with tenacity and resilience—are what I use daily to develop talent and build high-performing teams.

Being passionate about estate planning and helping individuals and families design clear financial distribution plans that promote harmony and preserve legacies. Blending technical competence with empathy: I listen closely, identify practical solutions tailored to each family’s dynamics, and create plans that protect both relationships and long-term goals. My pragmatic approach to wealth stewardship and succession planning helps clients balance financial rigor with the emotional realities of family life.

Balancing career and family is important to me. While pursuing a demanding career, I’ve also built a family of three young children which was an experience that reinforces my commitment to planning, resilience, and long-term thinking. That personal perspective informs my work: I take pride in helping clients create security for the next generation so they can enjoy the lives they envision.
