Having served in the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) as a Regular for 11 years and joined the private sector 6 years ago, I can say with conviction that my career journey has been a multifaceted and incredible one.

In my last position as an Operations Director, I felt unfulfilled as the demands of the job left me with little time for myself and my family. While determined to leave the rat race in 2018, a happy turn of events saw me introduced into the financial advisory industry. This led me to unlock a journey filled with enjoyment and autonomy.

To this day, I continue to value the flexibility to decide my own working hours. But what has made working in this industry even more rewarding is being able to impact the lives of others positively.

Qualifying for the Million Dollar Round Table for the first three years of my career served as a testament to my dedication toward promoting positive transformation in the lives of my clients, and pushes me to reach greater heights. I am inspired to build a strong team who will also go forth to enrich others’ lives through sound financial advisory.

In 2023, I was blessed with the opportunity to create my own branch with 21 like-minded individuals who similarly value integrity, respect, commitment and open communication. I am heartened that my experiences in the public and private sectors have helped me lead and manage the team effectively.

As we hold our core values close to our heart, I look forward to the team ascending to new heights of success and fostering positive outcomes for others. We are truly stronger together.
