I started my first full time job as a frontline in the bank attending to clients' needs before referring them to the financial services consultant in the bank. Ever since then, I have admired how they are confident and reliable in recommending financial solutions to help those clients.

After two years, I took on the position of financial services consultant in the same bank. Being a familiar face to most walk-in clients, I expected an easy job.
